At Brezier we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we believe our products are of the highest quality and will exceed your expectations.
Returns procedure
- Return request: Please contact us first at info@brezier.com to request a return. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
- Return instructions: Follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request.
- Procure a return label: The return label and the costs are customer responsiblity. Please do return with tracking, for we are not liable when the package is lost.
- Return Shipping: Send the product back to us according to the instructions received. Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
- Approval: We'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 days.
- Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage and Problems
Please, check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and provide a replacement.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return costs
For returns due to remorse: Customer have to bear the return cost.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. This means that when you decide to return an item, you won’t have to worry about incurring additional costs for restocking.
